Individual psychotherapy
Whilst many clients approach me wanting help relating to a psychological diagnosis (PTSD, ADHD, etc), I like to work with the person and not just the label. This means tailoring a therapeutic approach that considers your diagnosis within a wider context of how it is impacting you, what matters to you, and what change you are looking for.
